How it works

A trusted way to make luxury resort stays more achievable.

Redefining the use of timeshare plans through a verified workflow for travelers and owners.

Traveler

Request first, pay in stages, travel with proof.

Use Timeshare Connect if you want resort-style stays with a tracked request, deposit-first workflow, transfer verification, and a clearer path from offer to check-in.

  1. 1Search listings, compare resort details, and send a request for the week you want.
  2. 2Once the owner accepts, pay the first 50% deposit to open the booking.
  3. 3Wait while the owner books the stay, works through their resort or exchange channel, and updates the transfer timeline.
  4. 4After transfer verification, pay the final 50% and keep the confirmation pack for check-in.

Owner

List smarter, book normally, hand off cleanly.

Use Timeshare Connect if you own timeshare inventory and want inventory templates, structured request handling, and a guided guest-authorization workflow after a deal is accepted.

  1. 1Save your owned resort details and booking channel in Inventory for reuse.
  2. 2Create listings with pricing, dates, resort context, and the transfer channel you normally use.
  3. 3Review traveler requests and accept the best fit once you are ready to move forward.
  4. 4After the traveler deposit clears, book in your normal channel, save progress if you are still waiting on proof, then submit the final handoff package for verification.

Shared workflow

What happens after a deal is accepted

The platform is built around a simple pattern: traveler deposit first, owner booking and guest authorization second, progress tracking while the handoff is underway, verification before final payment, then check-in.

1

Request and accept

Travelers request a stay. Owners review the request and accept only when they want to move forward with that traveler.

2

Deposit unlocks action

The first 50% payment opens the booking. That is the signal for the owner to book the stay and place the traveler on the reservation.

3

Owner books and authorizes

The owner uses their normal booking channel, such as a direct resort portal, HOA process, branded club, or exchange guest certificate flow. For flexible inventory, this is also when the actual booked dates get entered.

4

Progress is tracked, then proof is reviewed

The owner can save progress while waiting on the final handoff documents. Once proof is submitted, admin reviews the evidence, can approve or reject it, and the booking timeline records those events.

5

Final payment and travel

Once verified, the traveler pays the remaining 50% and receives a confirmation pack to use at check-in.

What travelers get

A search-first experience with request tracking, staged payments, transfer verification, and trip updates.

What owners get

Inventory templates, explicit transfer-channel setup, offer review, transfer progress saves, and booking milestone tools in one workspace.

Where to start

If you want to stay at a resort, start as a traveler. If you control timeshare availability, start as an owner.

For travelers

You do not fully pay before the owner provides transfer proof and the platform verifies it.

For owners

You are not expected to complete the booking hand-off until the traveler deposit clears, and you can save progress before final proof is ready.

For both sides

The booking timeline tracks owner progress, submission, verification, rejection, deadlines, and payment milestones in one place.
